Frequently asked questions

How do I know my referral is recorded?

When you send a referral via our form or email, you get a confirmation by email. When the referred client registers and signs a contract, we let you know you can choose your reward.

What if I refer a company and it doesn't register?

You lose nothing - the referral has no expiration. If the referred company registers even a year later, your referral still counts (if you were its original referrer).

Could someone else refer the same company before me?

Every referral is recorded chronologically. The first person to refer a given client has the right to the reward - even if others later send the same referral.

How is the reward amount determined?

Based on the size of the referred client (number of workers, order volume, monthly contract value). Transparent - at our meeting we explain the exact amount for your specific referral.

When exactly do I get the reward?

After the referred client starts actively using Ordera - meaning: contract signed, first orders placed, first payment received. Usually within 30-45 days of activation.

Can I refer multiple clients?

Absolutely. There's no limit on the number of referrals. Every successful referral brings a separate reward. Some of our partners refer constantly and collect multiple rewards.
