What if my company says no?

We have a ready-made message you can send to your HR or director - short, concrete, no obligation. Many companies say yes once they see the team already wants it. At the top of the page there's a 'Tell HR' button with a ready message.

If they still say no - you can open a private account and order from restaurants, shops and producers for yourself and your family via ordera.app.

Who pays for the meal - me or the company?

It depends on the arrangement with your company - Ordera supports every model: the company pays in full, the company subsidizes part and you cover the rest, salary deduction, or you pay entirely yourself. Every model is possible.

What are 'delivery windows per shift'?

The company and restaurant agree on fixed windows for each shift (e.g. morning 11:00, afternoon 16:00, night 22:00). Up to 4 shifts. Each worker on their shift gets a meal at a precisely defined time - no waiting, no chaos.

Do I need a special app or can I use a browser?

You have both - choose whatever suits you. The mobile app (iOS, Android, Huawei) or the web version in a browser. The web version works on any device - an older phone, computer, tablet, even from work. Login is the same - username and password or a QR code.

What if I don't want to order one day?

You order nothing and pay nothing for that day. Ordera isn't an obligation - you choose when and what to order. You can skip a day, a week, or a whole month. No cancellation, no explanation. Your freedom stays with you.

How does Ordera protect my data?

All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We keep only what's needed to operate - first name, last name, the company you work for, orders. No third parties, no data sharing with ad networks. Every worker has the right to request deletion or export of their data in line with GDPR.
