How complicated is Ordera for HR?
Minimal - that's the key goal. HR doesn't make menus, collect orders or calculate deductions. The system does it all automatically. HR simply gets finished reports at month's end, ready for payroll. On average it saves 5-10 hours of HR work per week.
Which payment models are possible?
Every possible model, and they can be combined: company pays everything, company pays part (e.g. 1 meal a day per worker), worker pays themselves, salary deduction at month's end, credit system (monthly budget per worker), vouchers for special occasions. E.g. the company pays for the first 5 meals a month, the worker pays the rest from salary, plus a birthday voucher. You set the rules, the system tracks everything.
Can we use multiple restaurants at the same time?
Yes - and it's one of the most popular options. Monday home-style, Tuesday Chinese, Wednesday pizza. Workers choose from several restaurants on their phones. One contract with Ordera covers everything - you don't need separate contracts with each restaurant. We mediate the arrangements with partners in your area.

Do you support shifts?
Yes, up to 4 shifts - morning, afternoon, night, weekend. For each shift a fixed delivery window is agreed (e.g. 11:00, 16:00, 22:00). Each worker on their shift gets a meal at a precisely defined time. Ideal for factories, hospitals and any organization with multi-shift work.
How are payroll costs calculated?
Automatically. If the worker pays from salary, the system generates a monthly per-worker report - amount, items, dates. Export to Excel, ready for payroll. No manual calculation, no errors, no wasted time.
